Whilst we are classed as 'whole of market' advisors in the residential market we have restricted our commercial offering to a panel of providers. This panel has been carefully selected to provide a broad cross-section of lenders that specialise in different areas and have different criteria. Running a panel also ensures that we maintain the highest service standards for our clients.

We focus on giving advice; commercial transactions can be structured in a variety of ways and it is essential we understand the circumstances surrounding the loan before approaching the market. We therefore have a comprehensive fact finding and pre-qualification service.

Broking criteria

Commercial loans are assessed against the following criteria:

  • Quality of the business
  • Serviceability of the loan
  • Quality of the security
  • Quality of the individuals

It is our responsibility to ensure that we represent these core areas to our Commercial lenders

Mandatory information

  • Last 3 years company/personal accounts
  • 12 months bank statements
  • Asset/liability statement for Principles

This is the minimum information that we will need to progress a Commercial lending enquiry.
