Oval Limited has acquired Gloucester based insurance broker J L Fisher & Co Ltd.

Established for almost 30 years, J L Fisher has grown to become a strong and well respected organisation in the local market. The company offers insurance services to a wide range of business sectors including engineering, manufacturing, construction, charities, education and property investors. With an annual GWP of around £9m and employing 20 staff, the acquisition of J L Fisher strengthens the Oval group’s increasing presence in the South West Region.

The existing team will join Oval’s South West Region under the leadership of Gary Fletcher who is Regional Managing Director of the area.
