Even for properties where the builder/developer has failed to take out a warranty, for people doing self - builds and for barn conversions or to enable subsequent purchasers to arrange finance - Latent Defects Insurance is available.

- extensions or alterations to residential properties.

- the balance of a 10 year warranty if the properties have already achieved practical completion.
