Latent Defects Insurance is available for properties where the builder/developer or architect has gone into liquidation or failed to take out a warranty, for people doing self – builds, barn conversions and/or to enable subsequent purchasers to arrange finance.
We can also arrange cover for:-
- extensions or alterations to residential properties.
- situations where construction has already commenced.
- the balance of a 10 or 12 year warranty if the properties have already achieved practical completion.
