We can arrange Council of Mortgage Lender approved warranties on the residential parts and commercial Latent Defects cover on the non residential elements of the building.

We can also arrange cover for the following:-

  • extensions or alterations to mixed use properties.
  • situations where construction has already commenced.
  • where the contractor/architect has become insolvent.
  • the balance of a 10 or 12 year warranty if the properties have already achieved practical completion.
