Our claims personnel can provide everything from routine claims handling to loss evaluation and risk identification and analysis and our clients rely on us to ensure quality of service and equitable settlement.  We employ a large team of claims advisers who handle many thousands of claims a year.

We work with you to agree a tailored service that suits you and your business.  We can provide a range of services from troubleshooting when things do not run smoothly, to full ‘hands-on’ management of a claim, including attendance at meetings, site visits etc.

We also have the authority to settle some claims on behalf of insurers, thereby making the process more efficient.

Regular claims reporting and analysis can be supplied and Oval Risk Services is available to pinpoint, assess and gain a better understanding of your risks and design Risk Management programmes to manage them.
